United StatesTwo things to note here 1.) experience buying online from the brand, and 2.) the actual product. First - my experience buying the helmet was fantastic. Shipped quickly, arrived early, and each interaction with the brand was fantastic. Second - the product itself is superb. My daughter loves the stickers and fits her well. The additional inserts will help for her small head, and glad that she'll be able to grow into it. The style is fun, but also feels timeless. A tough thing to pull off - but Thousand has done it!

GermanyI can only say that the helmet is too big. I would therefore like to return the item, but Customer Care ignores my request for a return label. I have asked several times. I can't issue it online. I won't be ordering here again. Not recommended. Poor customer service!
